Winter...
Caden's birthday always starts our year out...He's 9 now and still very into Legos...
My Grandma passed away this past Winter. She left a legacy of love and we miss her everyday!
Spring...
"Ice off" is always very exciting for two boys at our house...Chip and Carter love ice fishing, but hate the transition from Winter to Spring when the ice is melting and not safe to fish on, but not quite clear enough to fish from shore...one of the few times you just can't fish!
Cade, cold and wet after a very wet Spring 5k at his school...he looks forward to this every year, rain or shine!
Curtis and Kelly before their senior year prom...
Spring baseball is in full swing...Carter's in heaven!
Summer...
Yes, this also actually happened...Lauren has her driving permit and was insistent on getting it the day of her 15th birthday.
A summer overnight hike to the top of Timp finally happened for Chip and the 3 older kids. They had a blast!
3rd time's the charm...Chip finally joined the 100 lb. club with his massive 132 lb. halibut on his trip to Alaska this summer.
A BIG change for our family at the end of this summer...I went back to work and am teaching 4th grade this year.
Fall...
Curtis got his mission call and is going to be serving in the Mississippi Jackson mission. He will be leaving on January 28th and is so excited!
So many things to be thankful for and our family is at the top of the list!
and back to Winter...
Our annual Christmas tree hunt ended up with Chip and I searching for the tree and the kids doing this instead...his name is Richard.
Merry Christmas to all and a Happy New Year! May you and your family be blessed with the spirit of Christmas and remember our greatest gift is our Savior Jesus Christ. We're grateful for all our family, friends and loved ones, and wish you all the best in the year to come!
Love, Chip, Michelle, Curtis, Lauren, Carter, and Caden
